Small
Office, Home Office (SOHO) Onsite Service
Our customers are always serviced by certified, highly experienced
technicians, many of whom are degreed professionals - the same
technicians that service local businesses' computer networks, servers,
and data security needs.
Our company is locally owned and operated and is not a franchise
- this means personal service from a team of technicians that gets to
know you and your unique needs; there is never a need to repeatedly
explain yourself to each new technician that arrives. Our repeat
customers are pleased to see that they frequently get the same
technician and not the "technician of the week."
Some tips to help you prepare for your service
date:
- If you are having trouble accessing the internet,
call your internet service provider and have them check your lines
before scheduling service. Sometimes they can make a "quick
fix" for you that's usually free. If you (or a neighbor) has a
wireless network, you should know that 2.4GHz cordless phones
frequently cause interference. In many cases, the only way to
remedy this is by using a different cordless phone.
- Think you have a virus or spyware?
Download
and run the free
SpySweeper 14-Day Evaluation edition. We have found
SpySweeper to clean off more spyware than AdAware and SpyBot
combined. While this is optional, it will shorten your
appointment time and save you money.
- Make sure you have the original disks that came
with the computer. If the technician needs to reload software,
they will come in handy and can save you a significant added expense
- otherwise you may need to repurchase programs.
A major
credit card is required to make an appointment reservation. Late
cancellation and no-show fees apply with less than 48 hours notice. |
